We specialize in long term rentals of all types of property ranging from studios to large luxury villas. Our rental portfolio stretches from Torremolinos to Puerto Banus, together with a good selection of inland properties.
To ensure peace of mind for all our property owners we undertake a stringent procedure of references and checks on all potential tenants. Additionally, we advise that owners take out a Rental Protection and Legal Expenses Warranty against non-payment of rent and unexpected legal expenses.
With respect to the tenants we ensure that, where possible, there are no debts against the property and request a copy of the property deeds, the latest receipts for community fees, rubbish collection, water, electricity and local rates. We can also arrange to undertake full inventories where required and household and contents insurances.
